“When will my order be ready?”
Please check your order confirmation email for the making-times. Orders are sent once completed, and if your order contains multiple items with different lead-times, the longest one will apply.
Please note that during busy periods, such as sales periods or Christmas, this may take longer.
I process and make all orders as quickly as possible and will always try to deliver sooner if I can. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any requests for faster production time. You will receive an email once your order is made and has been dispatched.
“Where do you ship to?”
Little Cloud welcomes orders from all over the world except the EU and Northern Ireland due to the new GPSR guidelines
. Postage is at the following rates:

All taxes due on import are the responsibility of the buyer. Should you refuse the parcel, and it is returned to, the costs linked to this will be deducted from the refund.
“My order is a gift. Can you send it directly to my recipient for me?”
Absolutely! To do this, please enter a gift message at the bottom of the cart page and your recipient’s address as the shipping address at the checkout.
Name signs and stickers come in a gift box bag. No receipt will be included in the parcel if you have entered a gift message.
“Can I return an item?”
For obvious reasons, personalised items cannot be returned.
Non-personalised items (except sale items) can be returned within 14 days of delivery at your own expense if they are in perfect condition and their original packaging. I strongly advise you return using a secure postal method, as I cannot refund or exchange for items not received.
If you need to return an item, please email contact@little-cloud.co.uk with your order number and details of the product you would like to return. I will respond as quickly as possible with further return instructions.
“My little one got hold of their wire name sign and now it's unravelled... Is it heading straight for the bin or is there anything I can do?”
Don’t panic! These things happen and I’m flattered your child was so keen to explore their item. Before you rush to chuck it out, it can be fixed! Head to my reshape service here and I will email you instructions for its return and alterations.
“I own a shop. Can I sell Little Cloud products?”
