“When will my order be ready?”

Your order confirmation email includes details on making times. Orders are dispatched once completed, and if you've ordered multiple items with different lead times, the longest one will apply.

Please note that during busy periods, such as Christmas, orders may take longer. I always do my best to send orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, I can’t accommodate requests for faster production times. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched.

“Where do you ship to?”

  • Great Britain Tracked: £4.50
  • EU & Northern Ireland: Due to new GPRS guidelines, I am unable to ship to these locations at this time.
  • United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand: £15
  • Rest of the World: £25

All import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. If a parcel is refused and returned to me, any costs incurred will be deducted from the refund.

“Can you send my order as a gift?”

Absolutely! Just enter a gift message at the bottom of the cart page and use your recipient’s address as the shipping address at checkout.

All items are sent gift wrapped by default and no paper receipt is included.

“Can I return an item?”

Personalised items cannot be returned.

Non-personalised items (except sale items) can be returned within 14 days if they’re in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Returns are at your own expense, and I strongly recommend using a tracked postal method, as I can’t refund or exchange items that aren’t received.

If you need to return something, email contact@little-cloud.co.uk with your order number and details, and I’ll reply as soon as possible with return instructions.

“Help! My little one got hold of their wire name sign and it’s unravelled… Can it be saved?”

Don’t worry! I love that your little one was so excited to explore their sign. The good news is that it can be fixed! Simply head to my reshape service, and I’ll send instructions for returning it for alterations.

“I own a shop – can I stock Little Cloud products?”
